Prior to joining Moon Inc, Russ served as Head of China Access & Strategy at HSBC Asia Pacific.
Previously, he was APAC Head of Equity Sales & Trading at Deutsche Bank, Samsung Securities, and HSBC, managing regional equity teams across Hong Kong, New York, and London.
Russ is a licensed Responsible Officer in Hong Kong (Type 1 & Type 2), FCA certified in the UK, and holds U.S. Series 7, 55, and 63 registrations.
He earned his MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson, and holds a Mandarin language certification from Fudan University in Shanghai. He is also a Certified Bitcoin Professional (C4).
A Bitcoin investor for over a decade, he maintains a strong personal passion for the digital asset space, complementing his extensive background in traditional finance.
