Early Check-In lets attendees pick up their official conference wristband before the event starts, so they can enter the conference without waiting in line on Day 1 and Day 2.

Registration happens on-site, usually about an hour before the conference begins.

At both check-ins, attendees scan their e-pass to receive their official wristband, which is required for entry and access to all conference days.

Exact times for both check-ins will be shared closer to the event, please check this page or your email for updates.

Your official pass will be issued as an e-pass (QR code), and emailed to you approximately two weeks before the conference. Please present it on your phone (or bring a printed copy, if preferred) at on-site Registration.

After scanning your e-pass, you will receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and provides access to all conference activities on both days.

As the all-inclusive VIP experience at Bitcoin Asia 2026, each Whale Pass is valid for one (1) individual entry to the Conference events (including Whale Night).

No, Bitcoin Asia passes are non-refundable. However, they are transferable.
