About the Hub
We debuted the Open Source Hub at Bitcoin Asia 2025 — a dedicated floor space where builders demo wallets, nodes, and tools side by side with the people who ship them.
In 2026 the hub grows with you — a dedicated workshop space for deeper sessions with core contributors, plus a Bitcoin VR experience so you can explore concepts hands-on, not just hear about them from the sidelines.
Two days of intense experimentation, testing, and interoperation — talks and demos run right inside the hub, not off on a separate stage. Bring questions, not just ears.
On the Floor
Everything in the hub is hands-on — install, configure, sign, and broadcast in the room.

Dual screens for side-by-side demos, bean bags for longer BitDevs-style sessions, and a PA system so every seat hears the presenter — built for workshops, not keynote noise.

Free Ticket Program
Free access is for developers with proven code contributions — merged work on one of the projects on our eligibility list. Order is alphabetical and unranked.
Open source contributors receive complimentary Pro Pass access: full conference sessions, expo hall, workshops, and networking. Previously purchased passes are non-refundable but transferable.
