Michael Wu is the Chairman and CEO of Amber International (NASDAQ: AMBR). He co-founded Amber Group and has served as CEO since its inception. Under his leadership, Amber has grown from a frontier fintech at the intersection of digital assets and AI into a global leader in crypto financial services, and is now pioneering the integration of digital asset rails into the agentic economy.
Prior to founding Amber, Michael was a portfolio manager at a billion-dollar macro hedge fund and an FX and rates trader at Morgan Stanley. He graduated summa cum laude in Economics from Dartmouth College.
