Melody He currently serves as the Deputy CEO/ Chief Business Officer at CSOP Asset Management Ltd. In her role, Melody oversees the Trading, Capital Markets, Sales and Marketing, and IT departments, aligning her strategic vision with the firm's objectives and client needs. She also leads the firm's Digital Asset Team.
Beyond her primary role, Melody also serves as the Vice Chair and Product Development Committee Chair for the Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong. Her responsibilities primarily involve chairing and guiding the Product Development Committee. Leveraging her industry experience, she contributes thoughtfully to discussions that shape the evolution of asset management within the region.
Before her tenure at CSOP, Melody was at Goldman Sachs covering Greater China Institutions in the FICC division. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s dual-degree in Economics and Psychology.
