Khatia leads the strategy and research that turns complex global planning into scalable, client-ready products and experiences. Her work connects strategic research, partner ecosystems, and client delivery, productizing solutions across global mobility and cross-border planning so clients may confidently build international “Plan B” options. In her current role, Khatia has expanded Nomad Capitalist’s research capabilities to cover over 100 jurisdictions simultaneously. She previously led the human resources team at Nomad Capitalist and has appeared as a speaker at Nomad Capitalist Live and other international conferences.
