Ju-Chun Ko is a Legislator of the Legislative Yuan of Taiwan, an adjunct assistant professor at National Taiwan University, and a technology policymaker focused on AI governance, cybersecurity resilience, digital infrastructure, and emerging financial technologies.
He is one of Taiwan’s leading parliamentary voices advocating for a responsible evaluation of Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset. Following Ko’s legislative inquiries, Taiwan’s Ministry of Justice completed an audit of seized digital assets and disclosed that Taiwan holds more than 210 BTC as of October 31, 2025, a development later covered by international crypto and financial media.
Ko has also helped bring leading international Bitcoin figures, including Adam Back, Samson Mow, and Connor Brown, into Taiwan’s parliamentary policy dialogue. His work connects Bitcoin reserve strategy, ETF access, digital asset regulation, and Taiwan’s long-term financial resilience.
