Haiyang Ru

Mr. Haiyang Ru currently serves as the CEO of HashKey Exchange Business Group. He brings extensive experience in fintech, corporate strategy, and operations. Before this role, Mr. Ru was the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at HashKey Group, where he was comprehensively responsible for the group's compliance, risk management, legal affairs, and global licensing applications. Previously, Mr. Ru was Deputy General Manager at Ant Group’s Alipay, leading strategic partnerships with UnionPay, NetsUnion, Amex, and MasterCard, as well as managing major bank collaborations, customer balance operations, and payment tool optimization. He also contributed to the growth of Yu’e Bao and Alipay’s payment ecosystem. Before that, he was General Manager of the Rental Business Center at Beike (NYSE: BEKE), driving nationwide operations in rentals and commercial real estate, and held leadership roles at Meituan Dianping (SEHK: 3690), where he managed delivery operations and served as CFO for several business units. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Greater China, focusing on consumer goods and financial services. Mr. Ru holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fudan University.
