Dr. Qiwei Chen is the technical director for modular AI Data center and Head of AI Infrastructure Cooling Systems at Bitdeer. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University, his expertise focuses on adapting large-scale power sites for AI and HPC. Before this role, Dr. Chen built data center cooling systems for ByteDance's Volcano Engine and led thermal R&D for Bitdeer's hardware division. He specializes in designing high-efficiency liquid and liquid-adjacent cooling setups required to run next-generation AI workloads at scale.
