亚洲机构引领比特币新时代开始 (The Next Era of Bitcoin Starts with Asia’s Institutions)

As Head of Asia, Kevin will lead Nakamoto’s Bitcoin treasury strategy across one of the world’s most important and dynamic regions. Kevin is responsible cultivating key relationships with governments, regulators, exchanges, and public companies, while also strengthening ties with institutional investors, sovereign funds, and family offices.

Kevin first entered the Bitcoin space in 2014 and has spent the past decade at the forefront of mining and infrastructure deployment. Previously, he served as SVP of Business Development and Mining Strategies at Foundry Digital. At Foundry, Kevin oversaw the deployment of one of the largest North American fleets and helped build the world’s largest Bitcoin mining pool for four consecutive years.

Prior to joining Foundry Digital, Kevin served as Chief Mining Officer at Greenidge Generation, where he transformed a 106MW natural gas plant into the first federally regulated power plant to mine Bitcoin, paving the way for broader institutional adoption of mining in the U.S. Before that, he served as Mining Operations Manager at Bitcoin.com. In 2016, he co-founded Project Spokane, a Bitcoin mining datacenter that he helped establish as the largest mining facility in North America at the time.

Cynthia Wu

As COO, Cynthia leads investor relations and oversees global business strategies at Matrixport. Previously Investment Director at Bitmain Technologies, Cynthia focused on investments in blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

Prior to venturing into crypto, Cynthia was Vice President at Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX), responsible for derivatives product development and institutional sales. She started her career in HK as a commodities trader.

Jason Lan, COO of Avenir Group, spearheads the firm’s crypto investment growth, leveraging his deep expertise in finance and technology. He previously served as Vice President at Huobi Group in 2018, overseeing key operations and derivatives trading, and as Executive Director at Huobi Technology Holdings Limited in 2019. Before his crypto ventures, he was Technology Vice President at Goldman Sachs, honing his institutional finance skills. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automation and a Master’s degree in Control Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Kennix Chan
Deputy CEO
Kennix Chan graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has been appointed as an executive director since 2017 and is also one of the controlling shareholders. He manages the Group's internal operations, including legal affairs, compliance, settlement and clearing, IT, and risk management. As part of the group's efforts to be listed on Hong Kong Exchange in 2018, he has been involved in different projects and developments and recently deploying virtual asset related businesses, helping Victory Securities to become the first financial group granted by the SFC for the provision of the full spectrum of virtual asset dealing and advisory services.Kennix Chan is currently the responsible officer for Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities of the Company as approved by the Securities and Futures Commission.

陳沛泉先生畢業於英國諾丁漢大學獲頒管理學文學士學位及於香港中文大學獲頒財務學碩士學位。他於2017年獲委任為執行董事，亦為控股股東之一。他負責管理集團的內部運作，包括法律事務、合規、交收及結算、資訊科技及風險管理。陳沛泉自2018年協助集團在香港上市後開始部署虛擬資產業務，使勝利證券能成為香港第一間獲證監會同時頒發虛擬資產交易和諮詢牌照的金融集團。目前，陳先生為證券及期貨事務監察委員會（ 「證監會」 ）第1,4,9類業務負責人。
