Paul is the co-CEO of a pioneering Bitcoin strategy company in Korea—set to launch at Bitcoin Asia—that will be the first institutional-focused Bitcoin company in the country dedicated to establishing a global standard for corporate Bitcoin treasury strategies. With a mission to reimagine how public companies adopt Bitcoin, the firm aims to bridge traditional finance and digital asset management through innovative financial engineering, global capital markets access, and world-class governance.
Trained as an M&A attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell, Paul brings deep experience in investing and startup leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lobo Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on Bitcoin and fintech infrastructure, and was previously the Head of BitGo Ventures and an investor at Lehman Brothers Private Equity. He has led and managed investments across fintech, IT, and healthcare in the US, Asia, MENA, and LATAM with a cross-functional background in investment execution, deal structuring and operational scaling.
Paul holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
