Jeff, aka 金融派大星(Financial PaidaXing) is a crypto entrepreneur and capital markets strategist based in Taipei, with over 20 years of experience across investment banking, primary and secondary bond markets, and securities trading. He is the founder of Hayek, a fintech company building stablecoin and RWA-based financial infrastructure aimed at transforming capital markets into systems that are more transparent, efficient, and open.
He previously led capital markets initiatives at major financial institutions, and later launched his own venture fund — through which he was an early investor in Circle, now a global leader in stablecoin issuance and digital financial infrastructure.
Today, he is pioneering the launch of TWD-backed stablecoins, integrating them into semiconductor supply chain finance systems with listed companies in Taiwan, and building USD stablecoins backed by U.S. Treasuries and deployed into tokenized clearing systems. His work bridges TradFi and DeFi with a clear mission: to use Bitcoin and stablecoins to reshape financial power structures for the better.
