Jason is the Founder and Managing Partner at Sora Ventures. Sora Ventures was key in creating the first “Asia’s MicroStrategy” by partnering with a Japanese-listed company, Metaplanet. Sora Ventures also acquired Moon Inc. (HKG:1723) with UTXO Management to create "Hong Kong's MicroStrategy". Sora Ventures further announced the launch of a $150M fund dedicated to the proliferation of microstrategies across Asia, aimed at enabling more agile and targeted approaches to accumulating and managing Bitcoin reserves. With investments supporting over 30 companies in the Bitcoin utility sector in 2023 and 2024, Sora Ventures is one of the most active funds dedicated to Bitcoin ecosystem. Sora Ventures debuted Sora Summit 2023 in Taipei, bringing over 30 distinguished speakers and global leaders from the Bitcoin ecosystem, including the Creator of Ordinals Protocol and BRC20. Before starting Sora Ventures, Jason was responsible for US investments at Fenbushi Capital from 2015 until 2017.
