Mr. Tsoi is a Board Director of Web3Labs and also the Founding Partner of HB Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Asian technology companies across the deep-tech, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and Web3 sectors.
With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and corporate finance, he was the Head of Hong Kong Corporate Finance at JP Morgan and subsequently the CFO of a Hong Kong Main Board-listed company. Mr. Tsoi has successfully completed over 100 IPOs, investments, and M&A projects.
Mr. Tsoi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Real Estate from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from London Business School. He is also a professional accountant and an advisor to the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
