Tony Dicarlo

Tony DiCarlo is Director of Institutional Propositions at Rootstock Labs, where he leads the development and asset management of institutional Bitcoin strategies across treasury management, institutional yield, liquidity and capital markets.

Tony brings 20 years of experience in traditional capital markets and nine years in digital assets, having built and led derivatives desks, managed digital asset investment funds and structured institutional Bitcoin products across on and off chain markets. His focus today is Bitcoin financial innovation, building underwritten, transparent structures and products that enable institutions to monetise Bitcoin while preserving long term ownership of the asset.
