Richard He

Mr. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Forthright Financial and Forthright Securities. Previously, he served as Managing Director for the Greater China region at Jefferies and previously an Associate Director at UOB Kay Hian. Throughout his career, he has served over 200 major domestic and international investment institutions, including Capital, Fidelity, Millennium, China Investment Corporation (CIC), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE). He has also advised more than 30 Chinese enterprises, including JD.com in completing their overseas listings. He possesses extensive experience in cross-border capital markets and global asset allocation. Mr. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University, a Master's degree in Management from Fudan University, an MBA from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and an EMBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He currently serves as an Alumni Mentor for the School of Management at Fudan University and previously served as the Secretary-General of the CKGSB Hong Kong Alumni Association.
