Mike Foy

Mike Foy is the Chief Financial Officer of AMINA Bank. Under his financial leadership, AMINA achieved record performance in 2025 and maintained financial strength in the bank's operations. Mike joined AMINA in August 2022, initially serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO during a critical period of leadership transition at AMINA Bank. Prior to AMINA, Mike served as CFO of a London-based fintech company and spent eight years at Barclays in various senior strategic finance roles, where he gained extensive experience in managing large operations, technology costs, and regulatory compliance. His career began at Deloitte, where he worked as an Audit and Assurance Manager across diverse client portfolios. Mike holds an ACA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Manchester.
