Mr. Livio Weng ("Mr. Weng") was appointed as the CEO of Bitfire Group Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1611) on 26 August 2025. Mr. Weng possesses over a decade of extensive experience and deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure and virtual asset exchange operations.
From April 2023 to December 2024, he has served as COO of HashKey Group and CEO of HashKey Exchange, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, core business operations, and the expansion of the virtual asset trading platform. Prior to this, from November 2018 to April 2021, he was the CEO of Huobi Global, overseeing its strategic development and business growth.
Mr. Weng holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Xiamen University. He actively participates in blockchain technology development across multiple major jurisdictions and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the digital asset sector. He has made significant contributions to promoting the compliant development of the blockchain industry in the Asia-Pacific region and globally.
翁曉奇先生，於2025年8月26日獲任命為新火集團控股有限公司(HKEX: 1611)首席執行官。
翁曉奇先生在區塊鏈基礎設施及虛擬資產交易所運營領域擁有逾十年經驗及深厚專業知識。 2023年4月至2024年12月期間，他曾擔任HashKey Digital Asset Group Limited的集團首席運營官以及HashKey Exchange首席執行官，負責HashKey集團的企業戰略、核心業務運管及虛擬資產交易平臺的拓展工作。在此之前，他於2018年11月至2021年4月期間擔任火幣全球首席執行官，主管其戰略發展與業務增長。
翁曉奇先生持有清華大學軟體工程碩士學位及廈門大學軟體工程學士學位，積極參與多個主要司法轄區的區塊鏈技術發展工作，對數字資產領域擁有全面的瞭解，對推動亞太及全球區塊鏈行業合規化發展做出重要貢獻。
