Bruce Liu

Dr. Bruce Liu is the founder and CEO of OP_CAT Labs, a R&D company focused on OP_CAT technology on Bitcoin. He created sCrypt, a high-level smart contract language for Bitcoin. He also created the CAT protocol, the first miner-validated token standard on Bitcoin using OP_CAT. Before creating sCrypt, he worked as a research scientist at Facebook’s Connectivity Lab.
