Brian Chan

Brian Chan is the chief development officer of Animoca Brands and a member of the Executive Committee. He leads the company’s next phase of growth, having built out its institutional portfolio and shaped product and strategy across NUVA. Brian has driven key institutional partnerships that anchored Animoca Brands’ expansion into tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). Brian brings over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Animoca Brands, he was at McKinsey & Company, where he advised financial institutions on digital transformation, growth strategy, and operational excellence. He previously held roles at DBS Bank and Citibank across debt capital markets and corporate banking. He holds a dual major undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from INSEAD.
